HOTEL IN HUARAZ
ABOUT US
Situated in the historic neighborhood of José Olaya, one of the last colonial-style barrios of Huaraz, guests can take in stunning views of the Cordillera Blanca from our scenic rooftop, nestled in a corner of history and away from the hustle and bustle of the commercial center. We are conveniently located a 15-minute walk from the Plaza de Armas (city center) and a 5-minute walk from the Plaza de la Soledad, where one can find both local and international food options and cafes or take a stroll through the central market.
Don’t feel like going out to eat? We invite you to make yourself at home in our fully-furnished kitchen where you may prepare meals for yourself and your friends. Don’t feel like cooking? Our staff is always ready to prepare traditional local dishes per request for you and the whole group with a little notice beforehand.
The Morales experience is totally unique as we pride ourselves on providing top-notch, personalized service to make sure our guests get the most out of their time in Huaraz. Interested in trying local cuisine such as “cuy” (guinea pig) or “pachamanka” (local tubers baked in an earth oven)? We’d be happy to prepare these meals for you or accompany you and your group to some of the best local joints to get a real Huaracino experience. Considering trying mountaineering for the first time? Hisao Morales is here to guide you through your first steps of learning about gear and techniques or facilitate a high-quality alpine training experience.
